Its automated. Customer care doesnt even look at it. You submit a claim, you receive back one lost boat every week.Any ship. dramiel. phantasm. whatever. It's not necessary to rebuild. Just wait for the timer until its safe to EVE Mobile ISK fly it again with your weekly claim available.Was eager for a hot minute but shitty PvP mechanics do not count apparently.Lol I lost my stabers and did not get it back ? Because they did in was at pvp Even educated I lost it cu I can't log in But I still moved in.

There are definitely too many people abusing the system however they've been denying an increasing number of individuals lately.BTW good video and also thank you to the transcript. Upvoted because more content creators will need to learn from u.There is also a crap ton of bugs that result in missing ships. Materials like not warping out on a boil. Factors not correctly displaying (in order to stay thinking u can sew then locate out two points is actually 4 and u can not warp).

Or just glitchey alignment. Then had it disable the auto pilot and need it reclicked. These are just a few examples.I've had any boats substituted through the program but honestly the lost fittings meant more (and that I didn't get them back despite some folks getting them back). I have lost billions in fittings to lag and bugs so that they really should only be replacing missing boats till they can sort out all of the dam problems. Or include insurance for Cheap EVE Echoes ISK ships to compensate for now.This is pve btw not talking pvp. Tho plenty of bugs and exploits happening their that should equate to boat replacement. Matters like bumping a undocking ship so it can be secured before they even load assets to warp away...
