Finally it is not the worst thing really; the game is still fun for me personally and the upgrades are getting closer and closer to using feature parity with New Leaf. There's plenty of acbells small things here and there that I actually miss from New Leaf (like for example; Fireworks shows raffle has cute new fireworks items, but they didn't bother bringing the cute Showa-era Nintendo toy furniture at New Leaf) but as a whole it's definitely still a fantastic game.
For me, my most wanted features are the return of old furniture. I know that takes time to touch up them and look presentable in HD, and I truly hope that it eventually happens. As nice as the items in New Horizons seem, I feel sometimes as that they wanted everything to look like a model home; customizing in New Leaf felt much more personal and real and a bit less like creating a set for an Ikea catalog.
I haven't been able to play regularly at all since I got a new job about two weeks ago, even before that I significantly slowed, mainly because of playing different games. Stay at home scenarios have probably had a huge influence on the amount of individuals feeling bored with the game, yeah.
That said reading through this thread highlights exactly how different some players interests in this sport are. I see some who want"new gameplay" (I suppose activities and minigames), many others who want convenience enhancements, and others that want upgrades/expansions on present functions like the shop/museum, and others that want new furniture options etc..
I sort of wish that the game had been given more time prior to release so a few of these features would have been on day one (and so that every upgrade did not feel like enjoying catch-up to New Leaf). It's not like that is a bad entry, but in taking a look at the sheer amount of items in New Leaf by comparison it can be a difficult pill to swallow.Yeah I just play it bit by bit, I do not understand how my gf performs it as long as she does, but I am just happy she is gambling, I play it a cheap Animal Crossing Bells bit on the job, collect some shit market it watch the stores if there is any clothing and I'm pretty much done for the day.
