Killing Dragons is probably one of the most lucrative ways to make money currently because almost everyone with good stats can kill dragons. In your case with your skills, it's a piece cake.

Your options are Green dragons at the Wilderness as I'm sure you've heard you can easily find an uninhabited area because most people don't kill Greens for fear of being PKed. Blue dragons are extremely easy to take out, Taverley generally is crowded and so is the Heroes guild but it's not that difficult to find the world that is empty. W117 Heroes guild is usually empty. If you're at the least level 60 Dungeoneering you are able to access Taverley resource dungeon.

Red dragons advised as Red dragons can only be located in two areas, if I'm not mistaking: Red dragon island in the Wilderness and Brimhaven Dungeon, both of which are far from banks; Black dragons - Taverley is full everywhere. do not think it's worth the effort so Zanaris is your best option imo.

Metal dragons - Nothing much to add here, all Metal dragons can be found in the Brimhaven Dungeon (Mithril dragons are the one exception) They aren't difficult to kill. They also have decent drops. Frost dragons require 85 Dungeoneering needed, so it's not really an option at this time unless you're looking to learn Dungeoneering. It is also possible to make money using Slayer but buy OSRS gold unless you get Dragon tasks all the time I'm fairly certain you'll earn more money by taking out Dragons.
