For the Air Battlestaff, you will need Staff of Air

Designing battlestaves. Working through tasks from OSRS Gold Varrock Diary can be quite profitable since each of the tasks in it allow players to buy more greater battlestaves through NPC Zaff. When you complete Elite Diary in Varrock, you can purchase up to 120 battlestaves worth the equivalent of 7000 gold coins. The only disadvantage is that they must be purchased at the same time. The staves that you want to build can be made from Air Battlestaff and Fire Battlestaff.

For the Air Battlestaff, you will need Staff of Air, Cosmic Runes Unpowered Orbs Amulets of Glory, Stamina and Energy potions. Pick up 81 Cosmic Runes and 27 Unpowered Orbs from the bank, and head towards Air Obelisk. Charge your orbs, and then move them to Edgeville with The Amulet of Glory. Now you can combine the staves and charged orbs to create Air Battlestaff.

For Fire Battlestaff (Red one): Fire Battlestaff (Red one), you will need Staff of Fire and Anti-Dragon Shield. The most needed runes are Cosmic, Law, and Dust. You'll also require Unpowered Orbs, Stamina Potions and Antipoisons. In addition, Rune Pouch might prove useful.

Create Your Player Owned House (POH) to Taverley. Then, Teleport to the house and proceed south until the Dungeon. From there, walk into Fire Obelisk and Teleport to Camelot for the bank. You can then merge with other items to create Battlestaves.

Completed quests that award Smithing experience , such as Buy Old School RuneScape Gold The Knight's Sword, The Giant Dwarf, Elemental Workshop (1 and 2), Heroes Quest, and Pirate Pete subquest for Recipe for Disaster gives you enough experience to reach the 37th level of Smithing without leveling by yourself.
