Recording PayPal Transactions in QuickBooks

A couple of customers have the affinity for recording paypal transactions in quickbooks. Being capable, they favor keeping a record of these transactions or even costs and installments. Both PayPal and QuickBooks engage the customers to enter or record something comparable. Should you want to enter your PayPal-dealt with transactions in the QB accounting programming, the Banking part can be used. The Utilities menu of Intuit QuickBooks in like manner has the Import IIF decision. This decision can in like manner be enjoyed for recording them.

    Here are the steps on How to Record PayPal Transactions in QuickBooks:

    Step 1:

    • Firstly you would need to login into your Paypal account

    Step 2:

    • Select a date range

    Step 3:

    • Select my account tab and go to history then download the history

    Step 4:

    • When you get the downloading options select the .iif format.

    Step 5:

    • Then click on the download history.

    Step 6:

    • Keep in mind when you are filling in the account name and the other details fill that details only that appear in the company account.

    Step 7:

    • Then save the .iif file.

    Step 8:

    • Then from the QuickBooks file menu, select utilities import the IIF files.

    Step 9:

    • Click on the .iif file and then open it.

    Step 10:

    • Congrats you have finally imported your Paypal transactions in QuickBooks
