As we enter Week 3 of 2021-22 NFL season, EA has updated Madden 22's rosters, based on Mut 22 coins the Week 2 performance. The update this week didn't include significant surprises, but certain players received a boost in their ratings.

The most notable shift was the two-point rise in Rob Gronkowski's overall rating for Tampa Bay Buccaneers tightend. He's now gone from an 86 overall launch rating to an 89 overall rating within only two weeks. In all honesty, he's worthy of it. After two weeks of playing, Gronk has already scored four touchdowns, and has racked up 12 receptions for 129 yards. Gronk is playing at his best and I believe this will not be his last year with high ratings.

Tyrann Mathieu, Kansas City Chiefs safety is another well-known name that has seen ratings increase. Mathieu has been out since Week 1 because of a positive COVID test the season's first game on Sunday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens. It was a great debut was, with Honey Badger recording two interceptions, one of which he returned for a touchdown. Mathieu's Awareness and Catch scores both rose one point to 99 and the other 82, respectively. The overall score is currently at 96.

After a strong rebound in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks, Titans running back Derrick Henry saw some ratings altered, but still stands at a 96 overall. Henry's launch score took many by surprise as the majority of fans believe he's the best running back in the NFL. With 182 rushing yards during Week 2 and three touchdowns, he definitely demonstrated his worth. Henry's receiving was up two points against 64, but his break tackle dropped to a surprisingly low 92.

Christian McCaffrey (Carolina Panthers halfback) is worth watching. He sustained a hamstring injury against the Houston Texans on Thursday night. While injuries aren't usually a factor in player ratings on Madden 22 but it could be fascinating for Henry to cheap Madden 22 coins take his place as the top back in Madden 22.
