NBA 2K23 discussion has been in the news on social media as recently, with NBA ratings falling this week. Kevin Durant even took at playful jab after two-year rating released.On the week leading up to the game's release, we spoke with Ronnie Singh aka Ronnie 2K on the decision to put MJ as the game's cover, instead of LeBron, why Devin Booker was selected over other NBA stars, MyCareer, ProAm, gameplay, and much more.

As a participant in the process, what is your biggest excitement about with NBA 2K23? Well having the honor of putting Jordan at the top of the list is always awe inspiring and working with himis a dream, as is the declaration that makes us feel proud of our sport: the most memorable ever. It's a great example of what we were trying to create from a commercial perspective as well as for how the game's impact will become.

We've got our Jordan challenges. They're back, but they're bigger. Better. There's been plenty of talk about all of them, and the one which is going to be really emotional, and the one I'm interested in going back to and revisiting is Kobe. It's the first time that they'll play one another. It's going be exciting. I'm a massive MyTeam player, so I was pretty excited about the possibility of more contracts and three-way online-based co-op.

The guys from the show recently announced J. Cole having his own album cover. How did that happen and why? Three and a half years after he was dunked during one of the breaks on the All-Star Weekend Saturday Night, J. Cole said 'Ronnie I'd love to have you in MyCareer and be a part of the possibilities around that.I collaborated with the team on bringing this to life , and it was perfect to work alongside him. It's great that it's named"the Dreamer Edition Buy NBA 2K Coins, because it was similar to one of those dreams that were realized over several years. It took quite a while to make it occur.
